I received a check for $49,750 today in the mail and I don't remember ever applying for a loan. I guess it's not classified as a loan.... it's a cash advance for my home based business.
I am a small business that doesn't even take credit cards. I am a stroke survivor and my memory isn't all that great, but when it comes to finances, it's usually up to par.
I don't know what to do about this because I've read the reviews on this company and if they try to take money out of my account (if I applied online), they will not get anything because my business checking account is always nil.
Can anyone give me advice how to handle this? Should I return the check? Or have another stroke?
