McFadden RV Did not complete job contracted and paid for. Internet

I contracted McFadden's RV in Emory, Texas last year to have an air conditioning unit moved from the front of my park model trailer to the rear bedroom to replace a non-working unit.  I was told that the old, broken unit would be carried off .  It was not and I had to have another person haul it away.  Also on the same service call, I requested that a ceiling vent be placed in the opening vacated by the moved AC unit.  The top portion was installed and I have been waiting for several months for the bottom portion (the garnish) to be delivered and installed.  I have contacted them twice by Email and once in person.  A lot of promises were forthcoming, but the part is still undelivered and installation is still not completed.
