MCI ripoff fraudulent charges, charges for blocked services Ashburn Virginia

Many years ago I put toll restriction on my phone line to prevent long distance calls from being made from my home. Since then, MCI has managed to charge me for services I could never use without my knowledge and approval.

It was only within the past few months I checked my bill closely and noticed charges from MCI on the bill. I had informed them around the time I put a toll restriction on my line that I did not desire to, and could not use if I wanted to, any long distance service.

I have been forced to cancel again and complain about MCI telemarketers attempting to get me to change my mind. My MCI long distance service was active and being charged to my phone bill for a very long time. Possibly years.

They knew I had toll restriction and could not use long dictance, yet they charged me anyway, even after I had cancelled the account. Stay away from MCI.
