MCI ripoff MCI has been billing me fraudulantly for years! Nationwide

MCI has been charging me monthly for long distance telephone service that I never authorized. I had no long distance service on that phone at all! The charges were small, like about $7.00 per month, and I didn't notice the charges for several years because I never really looked at the details of my phone bill, I just paid them. I called MCI numerous times to complain and they did issue me a refund for some of the fraudulant charges, but not all. Buth then they continued to do it! Numerous calls to my phone service provider, Qwest, also got me nowhere. That phone number was recently disconnected, yet I continue to receive bills with charges from MCI that accrued since my number was disconnected!!!!!
