I was going to Reinstate my vehicle for being ONLY 1 week late because people EVERYONE in life goes through mishaps and struggles a little bit but MCMC does not care ! They picked up my car in the middle of the week, I had to go through a lot to try and get my car back, when I go to reinstate it I get turned around and get a no you can’t get your vehicle because we do not accept your insurance ! The whole time I’m emailing sending my insurance in to them NOONE advises me of the insurance that is not accepted until THE DAY OF ME REINSTATING my vehicle when I’ve had the insurance for 6 months! Everyone I talked to that day and ever since I got that vehicle has been rude and racist. I am so disappointed with this company and all those other MCMC customer victims cars I seen at the lot is ridiculous they don’t work with you at all ! I had to take off of work because I had a baby and MCMC never said congratulations never acknowledged the fact I just had a baby but you have awesome customer service ? HA ! That’s funny this is the WORST place ever ! They force you to give a 5 star review THE DAY OF looking to get a vehicle. They call and harass you until your payment is made, they talk over you so you can’t get a word out this company is s*** !
