MCMC - MIKE CARLSON MOTOR Ripoff, Crooked, and a Total Fraud Haltom City, Texas

I put a down payment of $2000 on a 2001 Pontiac grand am. Six day afterward the car started smoking and over heating. I took the car back to MCMC for service, on my way up to the this location the car shut completely down. My kids were with me in the car, in the heat (3 year old and a 1 year old). Jeff the manager said they would take a look at it on Monday.

Monday came the car was ready. He explained that it was a clamp on the hose that needed to be tightened. I picked the car up, and took it to a certified technician. The technician then told me the car had a crack gasket head, the intake manifold needed to be replaced, the orange coolant from the radiator was leaking onto the engine and under the transmission.

Next day on my way to work the car shut off again. Still under their 30 day/1000 mile warranty. MCMC had my car towed, this time they rigged the engine, sealant was present on the gasket heads, and I have pictures of a loose wire that is melting because it is touching the exhaust, which could cause a fire. I have had the car for about 2 days after I picked it up. I drove the vehicle, and the car overheated for the third time. This time I had the vehicle towed in myself.

MCMC refuses to fix the vehicle properly as all parts and repairs are still covered under my warranty. MCMC has breached our contract agreement.
