MDG USA INC I went online to buy a computer with them and they sent me the last page of the contract to sign not telling me that the interest was going to be 45% if I would have know that I wouldn't have signed the contract. When I got the laptops one of them was already broke and I called them and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Wilmington Delaware

On February 24, 2014, I purchased the following product or service:
I bought a computer from MDG computers out of Canada and when I signed the papers for it I only got the last page to sign and not the whole contract. I did not know they were going to charge almost 45% interest or I wouldn't have bought it. The Laptop is a Asus x 160 and the price of it is $1569 or right around there. My account number is 2581457.
Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied for the following reason(s):
I was dissatisfied with the interest rate and also the price of the laptop. I called them and told them that the laptop had some problems and I had just got it and they told me to contact the company that made it. I told them when I called that I was unhappy and wanted to get out of the contract and they said no. I just want them to stop taking payments from and take it back.
To resolve the problem, I would like the following to take place:
I would like you to give me a partial refund of [fill in amount requested]. $500. And to take it back. And stop payments

You had signed the contract electronically already and are bound to the terms and agreement of the credit agreement. You have the right to dispute the charge if you have a problem with the quality of the goods and services provided with that credit account by providing everything in writing (preferably certified), like any credit card, and they must comply. Good luck. One last thing, please be careful with posting your account number on a public forum. I would not do that if I were you.
