MDU Communications has terrible Internet service, when it is actually working Totowa, New Jersey

We have MDU Communications in our Condo in Miami Florida - One Miami Condominium.  Not a day goes by where MDU Communications Internet service goes down, sometimes for hours at a time.  The company has sent technicians who have claimed all is well, but the problem is never fixed.  Worse, sometimes the company will change its own settings so that your computer no longer registers on their settings, necessitating a long telephone conversation (s) to have them reprogram the computer, this after going through every other possibility.  I spent many many hours on the phone with this company until I finally gave up.  Unfortunately, condos like the one in which we live make long term contracts with companies like MDU Communications.

In this day and age, it is pathetic that a company like MDU Communications can get away with such horrible service.
