On May 5th, I contacted Meade Construction Co. to investigate a minor roof leak. We both went on roof - it was a problem with flashing around vents on roof.
He quoted me $450 to repair - I agreed thinking this would take 3 to 4 hours to repair.
He was done within 1 hour and used some silicone product that cost $25 or less. Therefore his hourly labor rate must be about $400 per hour.
I think I fell on my head and had a brain cramp when I agreed to his price not knowing all details. This goes against all my prior experience.
People open your eyes - do not use Meade Construction for roofing repairs
Get 3 estimates.
I am in process of trying to get back $200 of the $450 -even that is a generous offer - I was really stupid and I take blame - but beware beware beware of contractors and their quotes,
Avoid Meade Constuction.
