Rob Smith has a history of ripping off local small businesses that he hires to do sub contract work for him. He also does not have a plumbing license so legally cannot do any plumbing work for sprinklers. He can lay the piping but cannot legally turn on the water for sprinklers. He has ripped off previous partners as you can see in the other report....this is true.. I worked for him also and he does brag about how he makes out like a bandit because the small businesses he ripsoff can't afford lawyers to fight him. He has screwed many of his employees out of pay and threatens them when they try to collect. He changes the company name often. Look on the Better Business Bureau website and see for yourself how many times he changed names to avoid lawsuits. He has customers sign contracts then does not live up to the contract after getting paid. Dont pay him half up front!! He knows people cannot afford lawyers to sue him. Think twice about hiring him for installation of anything on your property... he takes short cuts to save money. Dont understand why local villages and towns still let him do work in the areas. Spread the word about this guy!! He's the definition of deceit!!
