Meadow Run Builders, ruined our lives East Stroudsburg Tannersville Pennsylvania

In May 2006 we visited the meadow run builder building on this address route 209, East Stroudsburg, and we bought land in Pine Ridge. In August 2006 we had appointment with Mr. Bob and we picked our house. It was house from Coolhouseplans.com.He did some changes because we could not .......house like that. They were looking for good mortgage company first they found some but it was not right.

In November we got mortgage from National City Mortgage Company and on November 27, 2006, we had closing day. They gave us 180 days until October 29, 2007, our house will be build. We were waiting until January 2007, nothing happened I called Mr. Theo Quinones. He gave me excuses like he is waiting for permits. All this was just lie after lie. They started build our house in May 29, 2007, they did build foundation and stop for few weeks. They started with frame in July 2007 and they stop for few months. Our house was damage by rain because our roof was opened all the time. We got damage on floors, roof and beams.

In October 2007 they did roof, but front door was damage and they did not put up one more exterior door. It is February 2008 and there is no exterior door, no septic system no electric pole. We got only rough electric, plumbing and fireproof. February 8.2008 they put isulation they put R-19 but in papers I got R-30. While they put siding they should put stone in front of our house they forget but they charge us $ 6,000.00. They did not protected our house from nothing. There were children playing in our house, I informed them about children playing over there. they did not care if something bad happened there. There was no safety on construction site. They ruined ours life's.


Mr. theo Quinones promised us that our rate on construction mortgagee it will same but it was lie, too.
Our rates went up from 7.50% to 11.75% and they did half job. This Company is full of lying people they do not just ruined others people's life's but they using our money and than they make money by selling ours houses.
We spoke with President of this company Mr. Gerald Gay B he told us pretty story that our house will be done by March 29, 2008. All this was big lie. They use people money to build houses and after they take this houses and sell.

There is more: After talking to mortgagee agent. He gave us builder who could finished ours house but BINGO "HE IS REALTY STATE BUILDER" and he can finished our house but we need more money and we is not going to put nothing on floor in kitchen and bathroom. He said : " I will help you sell the house and you can buy new one." We were thinking about this all the time. All those people work together and profit go 50-50.
do not make same mistake.....remember one Meadow Run Builders change to Renaissance builders or something like that. They change name all the time.
