Measurable Solutions No return calls requesting refund Clearwater, Florida

I am a physical therapist and there is a consulting company cofounded by a physical therapist called Measurable Solutions out of Clearwater, FL.  I called and was inquiring about a conference and ended signing up for a 2 day course for private practice owners for $1495 with the date to be determined.  This happened on June 7th, 2012.  Over the next several months I was contacted by several different employees regarding selecting a date to attend the course before ultimately being contacted by someone claiming to be the quality control manager.  I indicated to this person, Mark Zurbriggen, that I was not a private practice owner and had no plans to be in the immediate future and was desiring a refund as I would be unable to attend.  I was told he would have to review my file and get back to me.  That was 9/14/12 and there has been no response since that time.  I've left numerous messages with the receptionist and have asked to talk to the individual salesperson, the vice president, and the quality control manager all with no luck.
