Mebans.com Merchandise paid for but never received. Website no longer works. No way to contact. North Carolina

i ordered a Huffy Beach Cruiser bike from Mebans.com on 11/23/17.  it said to take advantage of this pricing and avoid tax,etc, they were running a promo where you needed to pay with an Amazon game card.  I thought that was odd, so i emailed them and they responded fairly quickly. I should have known better, but I figured since Amazon was involved, it was on the level.   It qualified for free shipping, which I realize can take a long time.  

On November 27th, I received an email saying my order had shipped and should arrive between 12/5 and 12/7.  As of today, 12/15, I have yet to receive it.  When I went back to the email that was sent about the shipping, it said if there were any questions, reply to that email.  I did, and surprise! The email was undeliverable.  I then went to the website.  Surprise! It doesn't exis anymore.  

Do I have any recourse?
