MecaCole Direction, Shameka Cole False advertising, Terrible Quality Productions, Awful Customer Service, Failed to Fix the issue with the service Kennesaw Georgia

  I hired Shameka Cole who calls her company "MecaCole Direction" to film and edit 2 YouTube segments for my real estate business.  She mis-represented herself by posting video productions that were filmed & edited by the Rite Media Group as her own projects on the facebook.com/mecacoledirection web page to get business.  She sold her services by stating they would assist her with my project.  She sent me a sample video of what my finished product would look like.  Needless to say my finished product didn't look anything like the video sample she emailed me, or any of the videos completed by The Rite Media Group. 

  Please visit YouTube.com and type Atlanta's Realtor Final Cut to see the horrible work from MecaCole Direction/Shameka Cole. When I expressed my concerns she said that she couldn't see the final cut as I saw it.  She also said that she couldn't afford an editor. I was extremely upset and bothered by the realization that she was doing everything on her own.  I knew she was a student and I also knew that the money I paid her was supposed to cover the editing cost. So I emailed the videos to her so that she could see what I saw.  She told me that she would fix them 2 days later.  Well 2 days later came (Friday, August 29, 2014) and she said that the senior editor from The Rite Media Group was working on projects that he had already been paid for and wouldn't be able to look at or fix my video until September 25th.  Then she goes on to say that I can expect to get corrected videos by October 1, 2014.

  She also emailed me stating that people in the entertainment business don't care about when their clients need the videos that are produced. She sent me another email stating that "my video isn't going to bring her high paying celebrity clients".  That's her attitude.  The service is horrible. Her attitude is horrible.  She agreed to give me all of the footage from the shoot, she even sent an email stating that it had been mailed because it was too large to transfer electronically.  Today, September 2, 2014 (2 days after sending the email stating that she mailed the raw footage) she then tells me that it will be an additional fee to get the raw footage.   I reminded her of our initial agreement.  We initially agreed that the fee I paid her for this production would pay for everything, including editing and raw footage.  She does not keep her word.  She changes things and contradicts herself constantly. 

   If you are in need of a production video, Don't use this person or this company.  She is very careless and rude.  She over charges for a poor quality product.
