I have been waiting for a refund from this company for a med (Phentermine) since 8/16/07. I have been going back and forth with this company since then. The reason for the refund is due to the second shipment of meds not being what I ordered. They were like taking a gelatin pill.
It seems as though the money was refunded, however I have yet to receive it. I have a copy of a receipt with there company name on it as the ones who supposedly refunded the monies ($149.00) into my account. Well it is not there.
I have received numerous emails and some calls that I have made that it is my banks fault. I have closed this account however, the bank can still receive a refund, and still waiting.
