I signed up for the non invasive Lipo Zap treament when the company was called MedAesthetica back in January 2008. The company changed its name to Laser Shaping Centers in March 2008. I was suppose to complete four treatments of the Lipo Zap procedure and when I called in the beginning of June 2008 to complete my final treament, the person I spoke with said that the month of June was all booked up for treatments and that he would call me back to schedule if someone cancelled.
After not hearing from them for a few weeks, I called the 1 800 number and the message said that they were no longer in business. I paid for the amount up front and I'm glad that it was money I had saved, but it was still a loss of $ 2,000. I would be very interested in joining a class action lawsuit. If anyone has any information, please let me know.
