Hi Everyone,
For all of those who have been a victim of the Medaesthetica Medical Group Lipozap scam (either you were promised the 100% money back guarantee and were not given your money back or you paid in-full for your upcoming Lipozap treatments), you are probably aware by now that Medaesthetica has been shutdown sometime this week without notifying any of us as patients! There is a lawfirm in SF that is filing a class-action lawsuit against them (Law Offices of Chandler Visher) and you can find it anywhere if you google the lipozap sham class action lawsuit". If you are interested in recovering your money somehow (as I am), contact them directly and join the class action lawsuit. We need to work together to stop them and other companies that scam patients. Good luck!

I found the weblink for the class action lawsuit. Thank you for your help!!! I got an email today about the appointment on Monday and future appointments being cancelled, called the 1-800 # and found out they do not exist anymore and I still have treatments!!
