I like many I now know have found out have been abused by MEDCO .  I had ordered Adderall 30mg's 14 days before due (sent order in w/script) and they sent back saying too early to send. It says on all order forms to send 14 days before as 3 to get and 11 to process. They said i could re-sumit on January 30th.  For 2 weeks before my Dr. had wrote for 20mg's as had to lower for 2 weeks and I filled locally at beginning of January.

I re-sent in 30mg script to get filled and got a 20mg bottle back!! I inquired and at 1st they swore that my Dr. sent a 20mg script in on 02/07 and I got on 02/08 by UPS.

After 5 letters they for pharmacist admitted he messed up but can get with medicaid even though that would make 2 adderall scripts in same week!!! i told him i wanted national database fixed so i would not be red flagged and said it was impossible. Later i found out it could be done but he would lose job, lisence, get fines as well as Medco and possibly arrested. Name is P.Shad and filled in wisconsin.  I went to have filled and 3 pharmacies said no as had filled 2 times already.  I asked to call Medco to see what happened and none would due to many of their errors.  last month i got my Oxycodone 30mg's and blew off thinking i was 30 short after counting to just my mistake.  now i hear this has happened to many as walgreens and my pharmacy has said.

When I get my prescriptions now they will see a flag due to this problem with Adderall shipment. I am disabled and cannot argue with them all day.  customer service does not know if a script is controlled or not and are told what to say and do. A lawyer will take over as will use case as publicity as well as help no matter reprocussions to Medco. I cannot have to go get prescriptions and be told no we do not have when red flag is seen. i do not take many as have pain pump luckily but without these 2 meds I have taken for 15 years I will go through withdrawl which makes my condition advance quicker. (vascular nicrosis and very anemic from this plus 26 muscoskelatal surgeries.) Instead of say 2 years till surgery for reconstruction of knees and possibly shoulders , may be 1 as anything stresssing body and mind worsens condition.

Mr. C, Thank you for your online inquiry. I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. It would be my pleasure to assist you today. You may submit a new prescription for a narcotic when you are down to approximately 7 days supply. This can vary however, as the pharmacy looks back at your history for the past 180 days and if there have been any early fills, it will move the eligible fill date out. Unfortunately a narcotic prescription cannot be held in the pharmacy so if it is received before the eligible fill date, it is returned to you. It would be a good idea for you to contact Medco to see if we can calculate the next eligible fill date on each medication you are going to be filling soon. The order you inquired about is in process, and scheduled to be shipped on or around 03/05/12. Depending on how your order was received, please allow: 7-11 calendar days for mailed new prescriptions 5-8 calendar days for faxed in prescriptions by the physician 6-9 calendar days for mailed in refill slips 3-5 calendar days for phoned in refills or online orders ** This excludes Sundays and holidays. ** To view the current status of your order, please follow this link: http://www.medco.com Once you have logged in, click on the "Order status" link in the left hand menu. The turnaround time for filling narcotics can be longer than for your other medications. Narcotics require special handling in the pharmacy. I apologize that they are not always filled as quickly as you are expecting. You might want to purchase your narcotics from a retail pharmacy as they would be able to fill them for you on the same day. It is currently too soon to refill the prescription for Prozac. This medication was last filled on 02/22/12 for a 30 day supply and may be filled again on or after 02/28/12. The Medco Pharmacy will hold this prescription and will process it on the above refill date. You should receive your medication on or around 03/06/12. If you need medication before your order arrives, please contact your physician to obtain a prescription for a short-term supply. This prescription may be filled at your local participating pharmacy. If you have any questions about the use of a medication or the effects of missing doses of your medication, please call Member Services at (866)865-0662 and request to speak with one of our registered pharmacists. My goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to meet my goal. If you have any further questions or if I can do anything else to assist you, please contact Medco again. Have a pleasant day! It sems more mistakes as longer I stay with plan. i have a roxicodone script sent from post office Monday and been out for 2 weeks but still does not show. I sent in new Adderal script and was recieved the 22nd and I got on 23rd? i need to have rushprocessed as a scrip sent in in deceber for roxi in the beinng, it was processd as a refill, was sent back and then re-submitted and being out again 2 weels. I fi get early, even when mistakes the national database willshow no explanation. ALL I WANT IS WHAT I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET. MAIL IN SCRIPT AND GET NOT LAST MONTH WHEN WRONG C-2 MED WAS SHIPPED AND THEN AS LIED TO BEFORE ADMITTING. I pay and just want service and for the people not to answer wrong about scripts as someone could and will die eventyally. i need my 2240 roxi and is taking longer than any time ever since using mail order and after 26 surgeries, low RB Cells and vascular nicrosi/ thank you for all future orderss

THIS IS WHY.

By Mayo Clinic staff
Avascular necrosis typically causes pain and reduced range of motion in the affected joint. The most common joints affected by avascular necrosis include:

Hip. In addition to pain in the hip joint itself, pain also may radiate into your groin or go down your thigh to your knee.
Knee. In avascular necrosis of the knee, the pain occurs most often on the inside of the knee and worsens with activity.
Shoulder. Several bones come together at the shoulder, but the one most commonly affected by avascular necrosis is the upper arm bone.
Some people experience avascular necrosis bilaterally for example, in both hips or in both knees. Signs and symptoms may appear suddenly if caused by an injury. In other cases, the pain and stiffness may build up slowly over several months. Some people with avascular necrosis experience no symptoms at all.
Other joints that are affected by avascular necrosis include:

Ankles
Feet
Hands
Jaw
Spine
Wrists

When to see a doctor
See your doctor if you experience persistent pain in any joint. Seek immediate medical attention if you believe you have a broken bone or a dislocated joint.

Surgical and other procedures

Core decompression. In this operation, your surgeon removes part of the inner layer of your bone. This can relieve pressure within your bone, reducing your pain. The extra space allows your bone to form new blood vessels and stimulates the production of new bone.

Bone transplant (graft). During this procedure, your surgeon takes healthy bone from another part of your body and implants it into the area affected by avascular necrosis. Sometimes this is done in conjunction with core decompression.
Bone reshaping (osteotomy). This procedure reshapes the bone to reduce the amount of stress placed on the area affected by avascular necrosis. Osteotomy is usually used in people with advanced avascular necrosis. Recovery may take up to a year.

Joint replacement. If your diseased bone has already collapsed or other treatment options aren't helping, you may need joint replacement surgery. Joint replacement surgery replaces your joint with an artificial one. It requires months of recovery, including time spent learning to use your new joint.
