Benjamin at RX Medco Services has been sending a number of interpreting assignments dating back to 5/9/12 and has failed to pay for any of them to date. He owes our company www.spotoninterpreting.com around $5,000 and keeps telling me that the book keeper only comes around every few weeks and that there is no way to contact them and if there were it would only slow them down (what a joke!). After seeing other similar reports I am cutting my ties with them and looking into taking them to court. If you are in a similar situation, let me know and perhaps we can pool our resources. We have provided spanish interpretation services for them for the past three months and at this point do not expect to get paid after reading other comments.
In sum, DO NOT WORK WITH MEDCO SERVICES! They will not pay you.

For all those who have not been paid by RX Medco Services I have an update for you. I was advised by the Attorney General's Office to file a complaint here:

This is the Ft. Lauderdale office (954-712-4600) which is closest to the Medco address I found online:

You should also call the Irvine office of CCMSI 949-474-6500 and asking for the office manager Isamel Alahi and complaining to him about their failure to pay for services. They are the insurance company (ccmsi) that subcontracts RX Medco and they should stop using a company that doesn't pay their bills.
So if you are owed money please fill out a report online or call the Attorney General's Office to find out how we can prosecute these people and get them out of business.
