Medelain Carotti - Medelain Loiuse Carotti Rodriguez Expired Registration Lack of Insurance Improper Lane Change Driving With Suspended License ripoff Orlando Florida

Medelain Louise Carotti Rodriguez crossed 4 lanes of traffic and hit my car causing $3000 in damages, then made a U-turn and attempted to leave the scene of the accident. When I finally caught up to her, she claimed that she was on her way to church so I should let her go, although she was dressed like a s**t. Then, she claimed that "the light was green" I ran into her, although that would mean I was traveling in the opposite direction to the flow of traffic.

Then she called my insurance company and signed up for insurance at the scene of the accident. She was given two tickets at the scene, in addition to the "Driving with a Suspended License", "Expired Tags" and "Lack of Insurance" tickets she got the previous week. I was never subpoenaed (because of traffic court system is so understaffed) when she contested the tickets, so she got off. She hasn't had to pay a dime, and she's still out there driving around. I have written letters to the FHP and Orange County Court alerting them to this horrible miscarriage of justice, but they don't seem to give a d**n.
