I worked for this woman Patricia Rago, she has a team of telemarketers working out of an office in the city of Indusrty. Calling Nationwide to companys Human Resources department looking for new Human Resources Directors, posing as minority job placement magazines, journals, and programs, promising them a years advertising from $500 to $9,999.00. Assuring them that the Company participates every year per state regulation to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Once they find naive people to purchase the "advertisement space" in one magazine ie. Hispanic News, Patricia Rago hands out the telemarketers a "resale" calling the same person posing as another Magazine/journal ie, Minority Outreach, selling them for twice as much, so If the fisrt sale was $1200, the next will be $2,995.00, Patrica Rago has over 6 DBA's, getting people to buy up to over $9,000. in advertisment space that dose not exsist, the magazine never get made. never get distributed, never go into circulation, on very rare oocassions when these people she rips off ask her for proof of publication, Patricia Rago then Generates a Magazine, just for show, that gets deliverer to just the people who ask for it. but these poeple are being told that the magazines get distrusted nation wide, over 1,000,000 copy's in each state.
Human Resources Directors, or anyone with-in a company who has approval for the hiring budget, are told that the magazines are circulated to libraries, colleges, recruitment agencies, ect. I was a telemarketer for this company, I was a top producer, it didn't take me long to work my way up in the office to she that no journals/magazines were being made. This woman makes over $1,000,000.00 yearly of company's employment advertising budgets. She gambles, dose drugs & vacations, all on both small and large business dimes, while our economy is upside down, and so many hard working people are struggling. She is ripping them off. i hope justice is served, and this woman is exposed and stopped.

I am writing this rebuttal in response to a report made against me and my company. Today is April 15, 2014, today is the first day I became aware of this reoprt. The report was originally filled on September 5, 2009 by a person naming herself as gen rivera.
Since it is the policy of this site not to remove any negative reports received whether they are true or false I am hereby submitting my rebuttal.
The person stated having placed this report is Gen rivera, she is a former employee and was terminated in June of 2003. Gen rivera has not worked for the company since then. My question is, if any of these accusations or allegations were true WHY did it take her 6 years to file this report????
I personally feel it's sites like this that condone such behavior as it's not their reputation thats on the line. Sites like this give people an open invitation to post their personal vendettas against anyone. Thus allowing a person to slander, deface and destroy a person or company with false accusations and statements with no repercussions or consequences.
I don't think that gen rivera thought this out clearly, it's apparent that she had some unresolved issues and used this forum as an opportunity to address her personal vendetta, thus allowing her to slander and deface the company and myself.
I am appalled and horrified that gen rivera would do this, I hope she knows that slander is punishable to the fullest extent of the law!! Yet here we are 5 years after the report and gen rivera is not being held accountable. She is not noted as being a reliable, reputable and honest source. My question is why was she allowed to post such a false and horrific statement in the first place.
For the record I am inclined to state that none of her statement is true, I have been in business since 1995 and I will continue to provide our services to those in need. “Let us trust God, and our better judgment to set us right hereafter. Let us not split into factions which must destroy that union upon which our existence hangs.”
I personally don't know of a company out there that is 100% free of complaints. Having had the chance to rebute this report I am hereby closing this chapter and moving on. I refuse to focus on negativity and false accusations. I am a professional business woman and I welcome the opportunity to answer any and all questions you may have.
