Media Outsourcing - pds marketing contacted me in my home and solicited a 3 year subscription to 2 magazines from me. I paid $63.80 for 6 months on my credit card and all was fine for a year. Suddenly, in April, my magazines stopped coming. I contacted my magazines customer service and they said that my service was cancelled by Media Outsourcing and I would have to contact them. I was given their phone # and I promptly contacted them. A message came on stating that "if your magazines were accidentally cancelled, please leave your name, current address and phone number." The message also states that if you require a phone call back, please let them know.

I said I would like a phone call to let me know the status of my magazines and why they were cancelled. I received a call the next day and the person stated that there was a mix-up but my magazines would be re-jnstated as soon as possible, but it could take up to 8 wks. I said ok. That was back in the beginning of April and my magzines have still not been re-instated. I called pds marketing again on June 18th, and left a rather angry message (as usual, no one answers the phone). Since then, I have left probably 10 messages and no one have called me back and I stlll have no magazines. I went to their website, but it's a joke. You can't enter it without a user id and password, but there is no place for you to sign up. Steer clear of there scam artists
