I just checked my bank account today and realized that my account has been charging $39.99 monthly since 12/18/2017. I really don't know what is this? When I called my back and I was told it is Mediagemm.com Motreal QC. I was totally charge $559.86 for things/service I never knew and used at all. When I called the company, they said it is out of refund policy and only refund they can offer is $239.94.
I don't have clue how my account created on their web page, but for something I never used, I feel I should be refund all the charges.
