Bobby Campbell of Memphis, TN, placed a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 down on an existing, live and profitable TV channel property and then attempted, without any authorization or legal basis whatsoever, to transfer the channel and it's related accounts into his own name before the deal was even completed. He hijacked our social media, attempted to hijack the channel admin and advertising admin accounts, changing payout info to his own name, and so on, transferring them into his name and email, and thus taking over control of the channel -- and attempting to divert channel revenue to himself --before he even owned it; essentially to get out of paying for it, or to collect payments first, then pay for it. He was subsequently threatened with legal action, to no avail, with no response. I even offered to refund his non-refundable deposit provided he transfer everything back, but again no response, no action from him -- after which we had to take additional legal action to have all accounts restored to us -- and at considerable expense to us. 

This resulted not only in monetary damages to us, but damages to the channel itself, as well resulting in several threatening emails from Mr. Campbell, including outlandish accusations, as well as harrassing, off-color, profane and even perverted remarks sent to me, members of our staff, and unfortunately, to my children, who were only 10 and 13 at the time. Because of this Mr. Campbell's emails were blocked as well as his social media profiles blocked from further harrassing or perverted remarks. We even considered a restraining order, but the contact seized.

Mr. Campbell in his emails threatened on several occasions to "write a rip-off report" in retaliation and obviously, did just that, not because he was genuinely "ripped off" but rather because he had no other way to continue his vindictive assault on our business, my family and me, personally. The real rip-off here is Bobby Campbell's attempt to rip-off our hard work that we put into creating a successful TV channel.

We do advertise on Craigslist. We do develop TV channels for Roku and Connected TV platforms but Mr. Campbell was NEVER a client or partner of Mediarazzi. He contacted us looking to purchase an existing TV channel property, which we later sold to another buyer, and were forced to do so at a lower price, due to the damages Mr. Campbell caused it.
