Phil Autelitano Streaming Features, Mediarazzi Advergent, Big Brands TV ,Phil Autelitano Ripped Me Off for $5,983.00. Now He Has Blocked Me and Will Not Return Any Communication Attempts Knoxville TN Tennessee

In February of 2017 I partnered with Phil Autelitano on a Roku Channel called COCINEMOS.  He found the owner of this YouTube channel and asked him if we could produce a Roku channel with his content.  In order to convert the bandwidth, money and time was needed and that is when Phil asked me to send him $1750 so that we could get the channel up and running.  

From there I was told we would begin monetizing on the channel ASAP as ads were already in place and that we would earn a revenue off of every ad viewed.  The process took longer than expected and then finally the channel COCINEMOS was launched.  I downloaded it on to my own Roku and even watched some of the material.  

The Docusign agreement we signed stated that I would be paid back first and then once the channel was paid in full we would split ad revenue 50/50.  To date, no ad revenue has been shared with me, nor do I have the Log-In to see how well the channel is or was performing. 

During the extended wait time of converting the COCINEMOS material Phil began to train me as an independent contractor in which my job was now to reach out to other YouTubers with 1 M or more followers to convert their channel over to Roku and Mediarazzi would handle the work load.  

I spent 200 plus hours meeting with and scheduling calls with some of the most successful YouTubers.  During this time I got really excited about Roku and saw a huge potential.  Phil had let me know he had three more channels ready to launch: Latin Music, Pet Flix and The Briefing Room.  In the end I funded those three channels as well.  Briefing Room launched and I was shared some metrics on this channel.  It was being viewed and ads were being seen.  

Once Phil had successfully taken $5,983.00 from me the excuses began.  He shared with me health related issues he was having and that his son had gotten in some trouble and that he was distracted with those two personal matters. 

After several weeks to a month of no communication I began to worry.  I reached out to some family who I was linked to on Facebook and I was assured Phil was OK.  

Now the blocking began... I was now blocked form all communication including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Messaging on Website, G-Chat, etc...  the list goes on and on.  

Despite every last attemot for Phil to make this situation right, he has ignored all of my requests.  As a "friend" from the neighboring hometown I was taken advantage of.  He knows I am a single Mom with a son who has a life long disease and that his medication is expensive.  My goal with buying into these four channels was so that I could generate additional income to help support my family.  

I have waited a very long time to write this report here as I really wanted to give Phil the benefit of the doubt that he is a good guy just in a bad sitation.  I offered him a variety of solutions on how to handle this situation, yet all communication has been ignored.  

My advise is to not do business of any kind with Phil Autelitano.  I have conversed with others who have reported him here and they too would not do business with a man of this character again.
