This is a horrible place to work, it is ran by the owner Ron Smith, and he doesnt like black people. He will hire one black just to make his business look good, and they jack up prices to customers to make more money, and he treats his employees bad. I worked there and when i was interviewing he told me that I got my name when i came over off the boat. he hired me because he was scared of a lawsuit, but treated me like a slave while working there.
He was cruel and always made racial remarks, I quit due to his behavior, and everyone that works there have been there since the company started and are set in their ways and they try to disgrade everyone who comes in new. There was 2 black girls working there and both of them quit within 2 months of each other because of Ron Smith.
run as fast as you can this is a horrible company to work for and they cheat people on the prices of their office supplies. This office is filled with prejudice, so if you are black RUN RUN RUN, unless you want to get back 400 years ago into slavery. If you are black you cant even leave your desk and go to the front of the office because the owner will curse you out!!!
After I quit because the environment, and the racial remarks from people in the company, I wasnt paid for the day I quit!!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR DISCRIMINATION!!! No blacks work there now!!!!

As a 5 year customer MediaSouth Customer, I must say that I am shocked that these allegations have been made about this company and the owner, Ron Smith. In my dealings with Mr. Smith, his generosity, ethical behavior, and customer service have been unparalleled. He appears to run his business with a great deal of integrity and strong work ethic. Without exception, I have been satisfied with the level of customer service and quality that I receive from MediaSouth.
