Mediation Management Group Company said I would be serve papers from local law enforcement to my work or home to serve papers. They could negotiate money owed. Could pay in installment or lump sum. I set up payment plan. Paid bi-weekly for 6 payments. Received email with an official looking contract with Case# and all. Said I would receive letter once account was paid in full. Never received anything. New York Nationwide

 I was notified by phone to call.  That there is a judgement in my name for money owed on a same day loan taken out years ago.  They said if they couldn't negotiate payment agreement today local law enforcement from my country would be delivering papers to my work or home for fraud and default on a loan.  They already had much of my personal information.  I agreed to payment plan and asked for formal letter as contract.  Which I received quickly. It stated a case #, amounts, payment dates, and stated once final payment received it would be cleared and I would have no legal claims against me.  Once paid off I never received another document.  Can't reach them by phone.  Tel number no longer working and no email response either.  I wasn't till I received another call recently that tried to do the same thing again.  I was smarter this time and after giving them a peice of my mind refused to set up anything.  They said fine see you in court.  Letter the provided looks legal.  Letterhead and all.  Please be warned.  I'm sure the have changed their name and still scamming under different alias.
