Mediation Processing Services Calling trying to collect money from me Nationwide

I kept on receiving phone calls from a 904 number and my phone ID would recognize it as "scam likely" so I would never answer the phone. One evening I received a phone call from 904 559 1065. And with me being a realtor I didn't want to miss out on a possible client so I answered the phone and I didn't even think to make the connection between the two numbers. But when I answered there was a recording saying something that I can't remember right at this moment. And soon after a lady was on the other end and she was saying that I owed money on a loan that I took out. Now I recall taking out a loan but I swore I paid it off. Now I know that I did but at the time I wasn't thinking straight because I was a little tipsy so I was kind of mixed up. And I asked the lady who was the company that I owed and she said that she didn't know cuz I guess they were no longer in business. But when they emailed me the paper to sign to make the payment I read that they can make reoccurring withdrawals and I would have to have a written statement to cancel it, so I was like hell naw. This is a scam so I never signed it and I canceled my card.

Then they called me twice the next day, and I ignored the calls, mainly because I was showing homes. But then later on I received a text from them saying they didn't get the money and so forth. So I texted back saying that I am currently filing a police report and I will be filing lawsuit for fraud and for trying to extort money from an intoxicated individual against Mediation Processing Services and I will be need the full name of Ashley(that's the person who sent the text), the full name of her supervisor, and the full name of the person that's over all in charge. I did not hear from them after that. And that was in December. But today I received a call from 910 211 8063 and it said "scam likley" so I didn't pickup but hours later I got an email from Mediation Processing Services sending me some document that I have yet opened.
