Mediation Services Group Paid outstanding pay day load debt $512.98 and cannot get letter stating so Rochester New York

I received a phone call from Jennifer Reilly at Mediation Services Group from phone number 716-204-7287. She stated that I obtained a payday loan from Ace Cash Advance on 7/2/13 fro $300.00 that was still outstanding in January 2015. The pending court filing was sent to mediation services to see if it could be handled outside of the court system.

I had taken a payday loan out from Ace Cash Advance, so I agreed to payment arrangements to satisfy the balance of $512.98. I made three payments total.  I called and spoke to Jessica at 716-568-7118 (Jennifer was out of the office), and asked that she email me a letter stating that this debt was paid in full.  She confirmed my email address and promised to do so.

I did not receive a "Paid in full" letter within a couple of days and called back and spoke to Jessica.  I have spoken to her four times asking for this letter.  Each time she answers and talks to me, but no letter.  I have checked spam, junk email folders, etc.  Nothing.  Now I wonder who I even paid.
