Medical Financial Mike Thomas, doctorsloans.net Advance Fee Lease Scam Lake Worth, Florida

Responded to email about medical office financing. Filled out application, sent in copies of bank statements. Dealt with a Mike Thomas.

Was told I qualified for 75K lease, all set. Just send in first and last lease payments and sign lease document, and I would be funded in one month. Funds sent Feb 14, 2012. Check cashed into Medical Financial Account immediately.

Very difficult to get a hold of Thomas after money sent. Did occasionally return calls, told me his wife was very sick etc. and he was distracted, but the paper work was into the bank and we just have to wait and until the funds were released. Even called me the day before the funds were due to be released, asked me if I wanted a refund?, but the funds would be released by wire as scheduled the next day. Thomas told me loan placed with CIT bank in Atlanta.

Funds never have appeared. CIT bank does not have any record of lease. Thomas answered an email when I requested a refund of my first and last payments ($3700) and told me refund was  'in process'.  Refund never arrived. 

To date he is not responded to consumer dept. complaints.  He has not answered any further phone calls or emails.
