We ordered a left foot accelerator on a Sunday and received 9 days later, no problem there, the problem is there was NO instruction on how this product should be installed, not one, we had to go to another site to get the manuel for this producthought thought al, products  one with instructions 

First my name is Michelle Steincamp the true owner of Medical Mobility International. I will start with the claim that Michael Woods owns my company this is simply not true. Mr. Woods is however is employed by my company Medical Mobility International. I would like to take this opportunity to speak about Mr. Michael Woods. Michael had founded and ran a company for more then a decade helping many people every day along the way. I happen to be one of the persons he helped. I could give many examples of Mr. Woods kind caring heart such as the fully wheelchair Lift Equipped Full Size Van that he gave away to a poor family on the Maury Povich show. He never used this gift as promotional material for his company. This clearly indicates to me that he only wanted to help the family and not to promote his company. The Michael Woods I know would never rip off or scam anyone. His company Planet Mobility suffered several financial blows when the economy turned bad and unfortunately resulted in some cases a long delay for customers to get there product or refund. My company Medical Mobility International has been in business for more than twenty years. I purchased the company last fall and have began building this company to focus on the customer and the customers needs. There have been no reports or claims against my company Medical Mobility International other than this false claim I am responding to and the person that made this claim has chosen to remain unanimous. If this individual is willing to reveal themselves I would be happy to prove everything I have stated in this responce.
