I order a rollator that could be folded and found one advertised on eBay. Once assembled in could not be folded or unfolded. I already had a stationary rollator. I had to pay someone to assemble it, in order to return it, I would have to pay someone to unassemble it and somehow get it to a UPS store. When I contacted the store about this misleading advertisement, I was told 'well you have to unfold it to unpack it'
