Synergy Medical Products Synergy Insoles Went through 4 pair of Faulty Insoles and WILL NOT refund your money. Wont call you back either! Las Vegas, Nevada

I purchased a pair of Synergy Liquid Orthotic Insoles from a Representative at a trade show in Nashville, TN on February 21, 2010.  The insoles feel great when they work, but they were poor quality and kept oozing out all the glycerin or the glue points would come apart making them VERY uncomfortable to wear. (They are made in China / Hong Kong - I should have known better)

I called Synergy in March when the first pair went bad and they were happy to send a replacement pair as long as I mailed back the faulty pair (at my cost). I was good with that.

Then 2 weeks after wearing the new pair, those also went bad and I called again.  Again, they sent a replacement pair after I returned the bad ones again at my cost. Getting a little frustrated...

A short time thereafter, the next new pair went bad and I called to ask for my money back.  The gentleman begged me to give it one more try. Again, I had to send in the bad pair. He was even going to send me 2 pairs just in case.  I didnt hold out much hope, but we tried again.

Well, here we are on the 4th pair and those ALSO went bad. I have tried Sooooo many times to call them and I only get an answering service that takes a message.  Of course, they never call me back because they know I want a refund.  It doesn't matter what time of day I call or what day of the week.  I ALWAYS get the answering service.

I have even tried emailing them several times and I get no response.  I think it is dispicable  that companies are allowed to get away with not fufilling their guarantee!!!
