Medical Provisions Certified Worldwide Placed order for "instock" product. unknown Internet

I ordered "in stock" Vitalert vitamins.  After taking my payment their confirmation stated that it could take several weeks for the product to ship.  I emailed that this was not acceptable and if not shipping immediately I wanted to cancel the order and request a refund.  I received a response only after several email requests.  I finally involved my bank and the Better Business Bureau.  They finally responded and advised that I would receive confirmation of my refund withing 24-48  hours.  After two weeks and over 6 emails, I received an email with a confirmation number for my refund.  This email stated that it would take a few days to be received by my bank.  Time will tell.  That was 24 hours ago so they have a couple of days left.
