Medical Transpotation Management MTM Soul Sucking company Lake Saint Louis Missouri

I worked for this company for close to 2 years I was always offering to hel pout were I could and offering to do extra work. I found out fast that non of was worth anything. This company says they are HIPPA complient but they send emails out comapny wide with members info and trade around calls for enjoyment. Managment are a joke it is like high school who is friends with who on facebook or hanging out outside of work. Coachs talk about sexual things out loud to coworkers are house hunt and watch youtube videos at there desk on company time rather then respond to a email about a question. Employees are not allowed to contact HR or workforce managemnt at all for any issue.

If you get up the gutts to ask for a meeting with the call center manager he will say are the things you are doing wrong rather then listen to what you are there to talk to him about. If you want or need off work on a Mon you better forget it they will not let you have it off and you call in be propared to get your walking papers. A superviser told a women that is working there who was 6 months pregant and thought was leaking amniotic fluid that she better get her priorities in order or another women who's husband was life lighted from a car crash if you leave your fired.

The comapy expectes you to demand that people who are disabled to ride the bus to there apts to save them a few bucks. Most weekends there is no transpotation at all for and people getting discharged from hospitals and ER's. If the member uses gas mile reimbursement good luck on getting paid the company will do anything they can not to give you the money. if you ask to talk to a superviser the poor rep getts  told by the superviser that they are not taking the call and to transfer it to the health plan or were ever. If you have to go to the restroom other then you set break time you get told we are not paying you to go to the bathroom. No one is hired on full anymore and the people that were they are finding ayway to get rid of them. the bottom line is no matter how hard up you are for a job dont bother here your soul will die there and managment with think of dirt at a level high then you.
