Again, Medicap Pharmacy Shop is a scam. I wish would have read other complaint it's exact but I refused to lose more money. "Mark" at customer service will answer your comments about placing a order. Like a bad used car saleman he tells you anything to get you to go to Western Union and pay your hard earned money. The site promises the order shipped in 2 days or reshipped or a refund no problem. RIGHT no problem for them.

I placed order and Mark responded to every inquiry within 5 minutes of submitting a comment. I originally checked off I wanted to pay with cc, so if order wasn't received then can dispute it and money refunded back to me. But was told for "my safety" 1st time customers have to pay via Western Union. The pressure to go now began. I originally ordered via Western Unions website. I received a email saying the transaction held up while further information gathered. I had a tracking number so gave it to Mark. He then called me right back and told me the same thing. So I called WU and told the transaction denied because didn't meet their critera but if will go to a actual store I could do it. Mark called me again asking if I went to WU store and what was new tracking number. I began to question him and of course he had a answer for everything. I got another WU transaction at store and gave it to Mark (sure not his name). He confirmed it and said I would receive a call in the morning with the Fed-Ex tracking number so knew when order was on it's way to my house. 

I received a text from WU about 11pm Pacific time stating that the WU was picked up by Funny Brew (I know it's not funny at all). At that point I knew I lost the money.

By 12 noon the next day I had not received any call with a tracking number. I called Mark and get this. He first said tried to call many times as did his shipping department. Yet my cell phone shows no calls from Medicap Pharmacy. I told him that and he just kind of blew over it in his broken English. He said they got 430 orders the day I ordered my order but only enough for 400 orders to fill. So, I said ok then the order will be filled as promised in 2 days right? He replied that what I ordered would be filled in 1 MONTH but if I doubled my order and paid another $310 for 300 pills the order would go right away. I got mad at how insulting he was thinking I would not figure this out. I said wait they had 300 pills but not 120? Wait a month? Pay more money? BS! I told him going to report the company and post online what a scam they are. He threatned to report me for ordering without a prescription (I do have a script for the medication so said go for it). Then he stopped that way of trying to intimadate me. After, really laying into him that if what was said and on the site not honored going to procede. He said would contact his "department". About a minute later like he checked with someone said same crap. Pay double and order shipped or wait a month. I said nope. He said would talk to someone else and see what could do. I said had more customers but pity that he screwed me over not a good choice. It's been 5 hours and no call back. 

I will do as said and report them to Fraud Dept on WU receipt. And anybody else. If anyone does get a order I would totally question what your taking.

So save your money and spread the word. Or better yet submit a comment via online site and see if Mark trys to pull the same crap with you. Tell him he screwed over your friend but curious when her refund coming!
