On January 22, 2013 I found MedreamLIVE online in hopes of improving my rankings of my new website. I paid for a 6 month service for $89.99 and it came with 6 months free so I had a total of a year support from them. On their website they clearly state that they will guarantee to refund in full should they not attain over 500+ multiple top 3 & 1st page ranking placements across all major search engines once your 1st page positioning has been attained. On February 11, 2013, they emailed and said they had made major update in my website code and everything is just waiting for the search engines to refresh soon and we will be able to see the first set of results coming through.

On March 30, 2013 I requested a report to be sent to me regarding my website stats.

On April 2, 2013 they said they apologized in the delay for sending me a report due to holidays. I should be getting the reports within the next few days.

On April 5, 2013 I emailed and asked if they had the reports yet for my website status. No response.

April 16, 2013 I emailed again and mentioned that I have not received any reports and that I'm unhappy with their services. They replied the same day and said they were sorry about this and they will have their specialist look into it and rectify this issue and that I should hear something within a week with the resolution.

April 25, 2013 they emailed and said they were sorry to keep me waiting on this due to switches around etc. in the search engines and they will need to apply a new set of website code which can be easily done.

November 24, 2013 I emailed and requested a refund. I received no reports, no results on my website and told them I am not happy, please refund my credit card for $89.99.

The reason for my lack of correspondence between April and November is that I sold my home, moved to an apartment and then moved again to a new home. I had no time to deal with this issue.

November 25, 2013 they said they will be mailing me a check and cannot refund my credit card because it was so long ago.

December 19, 2013 still no check and I emailed them about it.

December 20, 2013 they emailed me and said they cancelled the first check and they are now going to send another check in the mail.

March 6, 2014 still no check. I emailed them to FedEX a check.

March 10, 2014 they emailed and said they already have cancelled two checks and will not send another check to face the same problem. They said they will credit my account.

March 19, 2014 I emailed them and asked for a phone number to call so I can give my account information over the phone.

March 20, 2014 they asked if I had a Paypal account and if I did they could send my refund there with speed.

March 22, 2014 sent a Paypal invoice to MedreamLive

April 6, 2014 send a reminder to pay the Paypal invoice and an email to please pay the invoice.

April 9, 2014 they emailed me back and said they are going to chase it up to the accounts team and I should be paid by the weekend.

April 17, 2014 I sent a past due Paypal invoice to Medream along with a separate email asking for my refund.

I'm so tired of this place, but I refuse to be ripped off!!!!
