Meek Banks - Project Manager - Can't Communicate - Washington DC

I've worked with Meek Banks at Logoworks for 6 months now, from the start she showed signs that she doesn't actually know how to be a project manager. She communicates all hood, literally inept at her job, doesn't understand anything about digital or design, yet works in the space as a project manager where her main role is to communicate to me. It's literally impossible for her, I don't know how she does it. 

She also consistently lies about work that is completed. I am always having to double check the work that is completed because almost every time she says the work is complete but it hasn't even been started on. It's baffling. Meek Banks literally doesn't know how to be a project manager. She billed us several hundred dollars of work which wasn't even fully completed. She's one of the biggest liars and by far the worst project manager I've ever seen, I've caught her in over 10 lies and she still won't confess to it even when I shove the evidence in her face. 

Ultimately, I think there is a lot of work she needs to do professionally to learn anything at all. She claims to be a startup founder of convertandcapture.com (a company out of Washington DC) but realistically anyone sending her money is wasting their time. She is dumb, incompetent, unreliable and acts like she's from the ghetto. Don't ever work with or hire Meek Banks.
