We are sorry to hear you have had a negative experience with MMA and felt frustrated. When the office in Ottawa closed, the Toronto office took over the event planning for all of Ottawa's events and is still hosting events in Ottawa today.

If you take a moment to view our Cancellation policy you will see why you were not issued a refund. The good news is that credits are good for an entire year and are transferrable. So in the case of you becoming involved in a relationship, which is great, you can give it as a gift to a friend.

Q. What if an event is cancelled due to circumstances ie. double booking, weather, venue issues?

A. All sales are final and no refunds will be given, no exceptions. If we cancel an event we will issue you an in house credit to your MMA account (in the amount that you paid) which can be used towards a future event. This credit is good for one year and can be redeemed online or by calling in to register.

All companies have policies, as so do we, which we adhere to. At the same time we do value our members and appreciate their feedback so we would like to offer you the opportunity to join us once again by offering you a complimentary event.
