This business has a record of doing bad business by asking people to do work and refusing to pay them, I started this web design project over 6 months ago and invested in some temples that where talked about and agreed that he would want and was given the green light to start working, this guy delayed everything for 3 more months before he was able to get his storefront open before he was wanting to move forward with the web design, he was dragging his feet on making the 1st down payment keep asking for work to be completed and I keep delaying any more work without payment. After 3 months of working on the design and content and photos,
he was in a hurry to finalize the website when he didn't give me the rest of the photos to finish the website until the last day when I spent 8+ hours at his business store. I consulted with this guy over 6 times and my last time I spent over 10hrs finishing up the website with a promise to give me the final payment after 8hrs at his place of business and at 11:30 PM that night he said he wanted a 100% new design and refused to pay me and also refused to pay anything extra for this new change of plans. For this same place of business, he also had construction guys who he also failed to make final payment that also talked with me about my same problems. This guy goes into doing business with people with the plans of scamming them and failing to pay them so he can get FREE work

Meet and sweets have changed its floor plan after it was inspected and approved to go against the city laws on the amount of space required by law to serve the people in its given space, Meet and sweets have only one bathroom and can only legally use less than half of the space needed.
Meet and Sweets website was not done by an Employee it was a project based job and yes only a half payment was made 3 months before the website was final and after told two times in the same day that final payment would be made and over 8hrs of work following orders to make the final designs he said at 11:30pm he wanted a 100% new web design and refused to pay extra money for the extra work required, the job was 100% finished based on the requested design and layout. I was not about to eat the coast to redesign the entire website after 6 months of design decisions have been made.
Meet and Sweets website was built with the plan to never make a final payment just like other work the owner has asked to be done.

This is an old employee who is disgruntled after being fired due to his inability to complete the assignment initially agreed upon. He was paid 50% upfront to begin work and produced nothing as promised. We released him of his assignment and had to spend additional money to restart work from scratch with a professional. Our current website was built by a professional, thus, looking exactly the way we expected it.
