back on march 21, 2016 notified by a close friend, mary owens that she had just won 45,000.00 and when signing for her winnings saw my name on the winners list. gave me name of donna taylor to friend request on face book, did got immediate response back

told me yes i had won 75,000.00 and all i had to do want send her 950.00 to cover banking etc costs, told her i only had 500.00 available at that time but on that wednesday my ss check would be deposited and I could send the other 450.00, told me to send 500 asap, gave a name of person in texas to money gram it to, i did, got home she calls me back wrong person sent to, by now money gram is closed so i have to wait till morning, resend to person in new york, next day send the rest to same person,

Gets back to me in a couple daysand says winners must pay 2600.00 more for documentation/cleareance and bank handling fees, i guestioned my friend and she said yes it was part of the deal, so i went and took out a high intesest loan for the money, she instructs me to go to 3 different money gram places, to send  to a person in Nigeria, still i question and still its okay!!!, instructed to NOT tell my husband, well to bad I did anyway.

Then she (donna) says new rules with the IRS have just been established, winners must pay tax on winnings up front, i explain we are on ss and money is very tight, she says dont worry will get her boss to waive the full amount if i could get another 2500.00, so went back to high interest loan, and title loan on car and borrowed from a friend, same routine sent the money in 3 different places, she says dont go to wal mart anymore to send money grams, so I find 3 different CVS and send to same gentlemen in Nigeria.

cant reach her for several days, finally she says there was a fire in there office and they lost some of the documents, so she was going to have to turn this over to her boss, she assured me he was doing everything he could to expdite my claim, well after several days, he says SORRY, need more money, and since then it has been the silent treatment from them.

so at this point i have sent them over 7000.00 and have nothing in return, i have tried and tried to work out a deal but they ignore this too, I have all my receipts from money gram, all numbers from my file, recently received the name of her boss with two phone numbers

I really hate to sound harsh, but you've been ripped off.  Your money is gone.  You're never going to get it back.  You didn't win any money.  Your "friend" isn't.  You've dug a very deep hole, but don't let it get any worse.  I don't care what kind of promises they make to you, your money is gone.  Don't send any more.

I'm sorry for your loss, don't make it worse.
