I ordered a TRIAL size of a product online and paid the shipping fee of $4.95.  Product was a Cream la Miracle skin product. No mention of being charged any other amount in the ad.  Today 1 day after the 14 day trail offer ended, I called my bank to stop payment of $98.41 from my account and they are working on it. Not sure if I will get my money back. I so need it as I am on a fixed income.  I used my debit card for transaction.

Found phone # on shipment order and called and spoke with representative. They refuse to refund my money and tried to talk  me into trying more products. I told them I wanted to cancel all future orders, they said ok but would not refund my money.  RIP OFF big time. This should be against the law but I am sure they skim by only barely.

Lesson learned!

Yet AGAIN

Its not the issue that I did not read the T&C; I did.  It did not say in terms that was plain and understandable that I would be billed $ before I even got the next shipment.  Nothing is free, I get it. But I paid the shipping; ad said product was free.   I feel these internet companies (not all) take advantage of customers unfairly by the way they word T&C.

If it is a legit company they should willing refund any monies if the product has not even shipped yet! And if it is returned unopened, the customer should get a full refund. That is what customer service is suppose to be. This company did not earn my money yet and therefore I want a refund. The ad says 30 day returns, we shall see!

Yet again the consumer rips themselves off BY NOT READING!!!!! Remeber when YOU entered in YOUR banking information?? Remember that LINK that said terms and conditions?? You know the one, the one YOU did not click on in YOUR zeal to get something cheap? Right there was ALL of the information that described EVERY cost. But YOU didnt bother to READ!!!!! SUre they will cancel FUTURE orders but YOU AGREED TO THE CHARGES!!!! So odds are that the bank isnt going to reverse the charges as YOU agreed to them. Thats the same as STEALING!!!! But people like YOU cannot take responsibility for the mistakes YOU make so its no surprise that YOU call it a ripoff.
