I signed up once for a trial membership and on the same day, I was charged for three accounts and three sites, one of which I was charged twice for.

The downloads do not open on my computer. They are not reachable by phone during the specified business hours. Their cancel form is not obtainable.

The trial fee was for three days and was supposed to be $4.87. I received three confirmations to three different sites with three different fees. These fees already showed up on my account yet, I cannot hold this company accountable because they do not have a working cancellation form. You fill it out and they tell you they are experiencinng technical difficulties. After three days, they charge you $37.97 unless you cancel. The charge will be monthly. I fear I will receive charges for three accounts even though I signed up for one. I also fear they will not respond to my attempts, well within the 24 hour period of the innitial sign up, to cancel all accounts.

You call the toll free numbers and they say they are open for specified hours, East Coast time. When I called within those hours, an automated voice said I will be transferred to a live customer support agent. I get a transfer sound then immediately get a recording saying the number is incorrect.

This is a fraud and they take your money but will not take responsibility to cancel your account or return your email attempts. They d not answer the phone once you press all the right buttons and get past the automated voice. This really does suck. I sigbed up to download language lessons but they have porno on there which was one of the accounts they assigned me. I truly hope this is not a virus or bot in addition to being a scam.
