Megan Frey applied to move in and rent our condo in Florida.  We should have seen from the beginning that she would be trouble because she did not have all of the down payment, was unable to get her credit report, and needed too much assistance getting the documents completed and turned in.  We decided to give her a chance because she was young and just moving out on her own but unfortunately, she was in the condo not long before she realized that she could not pay the rent, the rent that she did pay was late and she fell behind in payments almost immediately.  She ended up moving out and sticking us with late fees, a bounced check fee, and a broken lease.  She called many times to say that she was sending the bounced check fee but failed to do so.  We have learned our lessson and I would strongly suggest that no one rents to her until she is more financially stable, honest, trustworthy and responsible.  She is a bad tenant!
