Megatech International, Inc. Peter Winston, David Deans Stole Money From Us North Bergen, New Jersey

Megatech International, Inc. a/k/a Peter Winston and David Deans owes my firm close to $100,000 dollars. They acknowledge that they owe the debt but refuse to pay it. Peter Winston and David Deans work together to defraud customers, vendors and suppliers. We continue to receive calls from other companies that they owe money to. Peter Winston and David Deans use Megatech International, Inc.'s bank account as their own personal piggy bank. They are crooks and their business tactics are criminal. We are speaking with the District Attorney's offices (Hudson County) in hopes of having felony criminal charges filed against them. If you have the same issues with Megatech International, Inc. please contact the Hudson County District Attorney's offices, they are opening an investigations into Peter Winston, David Deans and Megatech International, Inc. Peter Winston and David Deans are rude when we approach them about the money they owes us. They feel that they are above the law. I see where they have already had a rip off report filed against them previously. I assure you that there will be many more complaints filed against them. The reason that they do not file bankruptcy to get rid off all the creditors that they owe is because Peter Winston and David Deans do not want to turn over their personal tax returns in fear that they will be charged criminally for re-directing all company funds to themselves. Do not use this company it is in your best interests.
