My team leader, Rob Farsing is the worest person to have as a manager. He will not give me the days that I request off. He will not let me move to first shift, which I was entitled to. He hired someone else without offering it to me. The he told me I wasn't good enough for first shift. He is a pervert. He talks about sexual things to me. And makes jestures. The management at meijers will not do anything. He will not help his emplyees out in anyway. He leaves a mess in all of his departments and blames it on other people. How was this man able to get to becaome a manager in this company. Are their standards that low? Or are they just desperate? It is bad that you have to come to work with the flu, if you ask to go home they tell you if you do leave you will be fired. I didn't think you should handle food while sick? So what is one person to do? I am getting so tired of this person. I am the only one he has to close the bakery, so he works me to death. And he treats me so bad. Something has to give. I really wish that someone could help me and tell me what to do and how to get something done. I have even requested to be transfered to a different department and they said no to that also. So I am in a no win situation.

There are options you can take but you must gather proof of the harassment. Seek consul on your options. There are free services form the city/county/state that will help you. Below is an excerpt from the equal oppurtunity employment commision that I found by by searching the subject: Sexual harassment in the work place.
Good luck to you and try to get evidence to nail this scum.
Harassment by a supervisor: If the harassment results in an employment action against the victim (such as firing, demotion, or unfavorable changes in work assignments), the employer is liable. The employer can also be liable if the harassment creates a hostile work environment. However it has a possible defense if the employer can show that the it took reasonable steps to prevent and promptly
correct the problem, and the employee unreasonably failed to take advantage of the company's preventive or corrective measures.

If this guy is truly what you say he is the first thing I would do is file a sexual harassment case against him. You would be surprised what kind of job security you would get then. They can't fire you while a law suit is pending and it is your word against his. I am assuming you are being honest.
