Meineke Auto Center Treated extremely poorly and employees were very rude. Charged $20 for mounting a tire on a rim. Indian land South Carolina

From the moment I walked on I was treated very rude by one of the managers as well as the owner Mike Badin. Told me they could t help the situation and told me to call corporate. 

I went in to get a tire put on the rim. Everywhere else I go charges $5 and they said they could change the tire for me no problem. I stepped inside the shop when I guy came up to me and told me to leave because if corporate saw a customer in the shop he would get chewed out. Meanwhile a guy in a white shirt was walking around the entire time I was there inside the shop. Later I confronted the employee on who this guy was and he said it was his brother. I asked him why it was okay for him to be in the shop since he sis t work there and the employee told me because he was family and that I need to leave before something happens. 

To me this was not fair and very unprofessional on his part. When my tire came back (35 minutes later) he tried to charge me $20 for it. I was Not paying that. A tire change should take 10 minutes and the most. The guy working the machine obviously didn't know how to run it. I ended up paying $5 when I refused to pay any more than that. This car care center is very unprofessional and I will not refer this Meineke to anyone!
