Meineke Car Care Center #337 No service, no refund, car in worse condition! Columbus Ohio

 This is in regards to the Meineke located at 2740 Old Courtright road. I took my car there for oil change and to see about my check engine light because my car was having issues when I had to accelerate. They told me it was a throttle body got that done and other little cosmetic things. Picked my car up, paid the $348 and within 30 minutes my oil light came back on. I called them they said bring it in. My car started sputtering whether it was idle or accelerating. Brought it back they said oh it's the crankshaft sensor. Had to pay them an additional $164 to get that serviced and left my car overnight. Picked it up and within the hour the light was on again! Called corporate and they gave me the usual bs about they will call in 24-48 hours. Called them again and they said bring it in again however now my car won't turn over and start without several attempts, it's sputtering when I reverse or drive forward, and it is now getting stuck in gear when I try to transition from reversing. This time I told them I wanted a refund, he said I had to call corporate so they could authorize a refund. Mind you, corporate has already informed me that they are an independent franchise, but I call anyway right there. Corporate then informs me it's up to him to give me my money, he has already agreed to refund the $164 so now corporate tells me it's up to him I let him hear it and he asked me to leave because apparently me being on speaker with Customer service was interrupting business but it was only myself my friend and one lady and she inquired about what I got done. I called the police because you're trying to put me out when my car has not been serviced properly, in fact it has been returned in worse condition, nor has my money been returned. The police informed me it's a civil matter but they will mail me a check on Friday. They refunded the amount of $164 but corporate notified me Monday that they cancelled the refund because I involved the better business bureau. How's that for shady. I have the crankshaft sensor they said they replaced also the card and contact information for the store manager where I purchased my new part. I also have the check they mailed me and my receipts for the work they said they did. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
