Meineke Car Center Provided us with defective Brake Drums. LAS VEGAS Nevada

At the time we recieved brake service our brakes seemed to work properly and about 2 weeks later our car began to shudder and make loud grinding noises coming from the rear brakes. I reported the problem to JB. He came across as wanting to help us but we did not find this as being genuine. We felt that he wanted to shine us on, and to get rid of us as soon as possible. The date of the first invoice is 2/8/2013. Invoice number {12621}.This brake problem has been going on from that date Until 12/13/2013. They did attempt to help by switching out the rear drums but were found to be defective! I have had enough! I decided to contact Meineke {1603} 1860 East Serene Ave. Las Vegas NV 89123 {702} 740-0558. I heard from a friend that their reputation was good and decided to take the car there for estimate, the mechanics were highly knowlegeable and answered my question with professional courtesy it was confirmed that the drums we had purchased from {4086} are defective. They just simply suggested to purchase new drums from a more reputable company and that took care of our long and troubling experince from {4086}. Now we feel that Meineke should re-imburse us for the other drums since they were found to be junk! It is not fair for us to pay more for junk! We feel that Meineke owes us $129.98 plus tax for our inconvenience! Thank-you!
