Mel S. Harris And Associates placed a judgement on me and had my accounts frozen Ny New York

i received a letter from my bank telling me that mel s. harris and associates had gotten a judgment on me and had frozen all of my accounts. they claimed that they had sent me a letter and summons to an address that i had never lived at.
i had to agree with them so that my account would be unfrozen since i was getting a direct deposit into my bank account. they unfroze my account after they stole the money from my account.

i started making monthy payments to them until i finally paided them off. now they have sent another letter to me on another one of my accounts. i am currently on a 4 month maternity leave without pay.
i don't know if i should respond to them or if i should go to civial court. i currently can't settle with them.
